  • Do you accept returns/ exchanges?
  • You may return or exchange your item if you received the wrong item or if it was damaged upon receipt. If you wish to make an exchange, simply return the unused items back to us within 30 days from date of purchase. Contact us regarding the mailing address and other details.


  • Do you offer free shipping? 
  • Yes, from time to time we offer free shipping promos on the website. Be sure to keep visiting our website for items with free shipping.


  • I received a damaged item. What should I do?
  • Simply take a picture of the damaged item, send it to us, and contact us for the courier details. You may return items within 30 days from purchase.


  • Can we track our orders?
  • Yes, you may track your orders through the tracking page on the Poker Snob website. Or simply click here. 


  • Do you ship packages internationally?
  • Yes, we ship items internationally except in these countries: (please enter the country exemptions)


  • How long does it take to receive packages? 
  • For standard shipping within the country, you will receive the items within 15 - 25 days. For international orders, it would normally take 21 days to around a month before your order arrives. PLEASE NOTE DUE TO CORONAVIRUS DELIVERY TIMINGS MAY TAKE LONG. 


  • What payment methods do you accept?
  • We accept American Express, Apple Pay, Diners, Discover, Google Pay, JCB, PayPal, Shop Pay, Venmo, and Visa as payment methods.


  • What is your cancellation policy?
  • Order that are not yet shipped out may still be canceled. This is 24 hours prior to estimated shipment day. Shipped orders cannot be canceled.


  • Do you have promotions and special offers?
  • Yes, we regularly give various promotional offers and discounts. Keep visiting the site or subscribe to our mailing list for regular updates.
